Gordon Hoglund
Hello my name is Gordon. I have been helping families, investors, and builders buy and sell real estate since 2014. Somewhere between Graduating from the U of C with an Economics Degree and Law school real estate grabbed my attention. Since then I have built a successful construction and real estate business in tandem; which has provided me a deep understanding of the working components of homes and also lots of discounts that I like to pass onto my clients.
Currently the co-owner of a vineyard BnB and owner of other vacation rentals I look forward to sharing some trade secrets to anyone who is looking to get in that market as well.
When I am not working I enjoy hanging out with my young family, playing pretty well any sport, and exploring this great Oasis of Canada.

Julius Bloomfield
Julius has lived in the South Okanagan since 1988, emigrating with his family from Great Britain. He has a long history in the field of hospitality, and has been a Realtor since 1992.
Julius has been a competitive endurance equestrian, representing Canada at international events in the Philippines, Austria and the USA.
Volunteer roles have included chairing the Downtown Penticton Association and as a board member with the Penticton Urban Agriculture Association.
He has a keen interest in green building and in 2006 Julius completed an off-grid, solar-powered strawbale home on his ranch property in Naramata.
